Refund & Guarantee Policy

The short version: Every DriBrush order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Mount it. Use it every day. If it doesn't make your bathroom feel cleaner, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No restocking fees, no interrogation, and in most cases no return shipping.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We built DriBrush to do something you can feel every morning: a dry, clean brush instead of a damp one. So we back it the only way that's fair. You get to actually use it.

Here's how it works:

  • Your 30 days start the day your order is delivered, not the day you order.
  • Mounted and used units are covered. We ask that you use DriBrush for at least 7 days before deciding. That's the honest test.
  • If it isn't for you, email hello@dribrush.com with your order number and a sentence or two about your experience.
  • You'll be refunded in full to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval, and most go out much faster. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
  • No return shipping required in most cases. We may occasionally ask you to return the unit with a prepaid label we provide.

One request: the guarantee covers one order per customer. It exists so you can try DriBrush risk free, not stock up risk free.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please look over your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email a photo to hello@dribrush.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away. No return needed, no cost to you.

If your unit stops working within the guarantee window, the same applies. Email us and we'll replace it.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is confirmed lost in transit or hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, we'll reship it or refund you in full. Your choice. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Email hello@dribrush.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't left our fulfillment center (usually within 24 hours of ordering), we'll cancel and refund it immediately. Once an order ships we can't recall it, but your 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies from the day it arrives.

European Union and United Kingdom: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in addition to the guarantee above. To exercise this right, contact hello@dribrush.com.

Include your order number and we'll take care of the rest. We respond within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you don't see it, email us and we'll chase it down with the payment processor directly.
